You will have the exclusive rights to the brand in your selected territory. Our regions have a minimum of 10,000 private rental properties, this is important to ensure that you have sufficient headroom to scale your business in the years to come. There are a few regions with less than this, which we class as expansion regions rather than standalone territories. We will check the availability of your region at the stage 2 meeting.

Absolutely not, the model is built around the principle of operating from a home office. Some branches have chosen to use an office, but there is no requirement to do so.

The investment varies by region based on the correlation of: Number of private rental properties in the region The average rent in the region As a steer, regions typically range from £5k - £25k, with most regions falling £7.5k - £12.5k. We will discuss your region and investment level at our meeting in stage 2. (please note all figures are +VAT, which you will reclaim on VAT return)

We’ll model this properly for you in Stage 2, but it’s worth understanding that this is a contracted, recurring revenue model with relatively low fixed overheads. As your managed portfolio grows, the recurring income compounds - meaning profitability is established quickly as property numbers increase. For many operators, once a small core portfolio is established, the business begins to cover its operating costs and move into profit. The timeline to reach that point depends on your level of investment of effort & building the brand locally. During Stage 2, we’ll review your chosen territory and build a draft finance plan so you can see realistic projections based on your circumstances.

Yes - we can assist with funding support for the initial franchise investment and early-stage operational overheads. Franchisees are expected to contribute their own capital and demonstrate financial readiness - starting any serious business requires commitment and investment. Where appropriate, we can then help leverage and amplify that capital to support a stronger launch position. Please note that financing is always subject to individual circumstances and eligibility, which we’ll review in more detail during Stage 2.
